Project Overview
Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant to develop an AI-powered customer support chatbot for a SaaS platform. The chatbot will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide accurate, context-aware responses to customer queries. The project aims to improve response times, automate repetitive support tasks, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The consultant will work closely with our product and engineering teams to design scalable AI workflows, integrate APIs, optimize prompts, and deploy production-ready AI systems. Experience with OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and chatbot frameworks is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NLP, prompt engineering, AI deployment, and backend integration. Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices will be considered a plus.
Daily Responsibility
- Design and develop AI chatbot workflows
- Build and optimize prompt templates
- Integrate OpenAI APIs and backend services
- Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Deploy scalable AI services in cloud environments
- Improve chatbot response quality and latency
Minimum Requirement
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
- Experience with OpenAI API or Hugging Face
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong communication and documentation skills
