Description

Build an internal AI copilot that helps analysts query data and draft reports, with citations and guardrails.

Daily Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the client team to refine scope, success metrics and milestones
  • Design, build and iterate on the AI solution against the agreed plan
  • Run evaluations and document model performance, limitations and guardrails
  • Share clear progress updates and a working demo at each milestone
  • Deliver well-documented, maintainable, production-ready work at project close

Minimum Requirement

  • Demonstrable experience shipping production AI / ML systems
  • Strong command of the tools and frameworks relevant to this project
  • Able to explain technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working to scoped milestones with defined deliverables
