Project Overview
Description
We are developing an AI-powered customer support automation platform designed to help businesses streamline customer communication, reduce response time, and improve customer satisfaction through intelligent AI-driven interactions. The platform will leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and machine learning technologies to automate customer queries, provide contextual responses, and integrate with existing CRM and ticketing systems.
The selected AI consultant will collaborate with our internal product and development team to architect scalable AI workflows, optimize prompt engineering strategies, and implement intelligent automation features using modern AI frameworks and APIs. The project includes chatbot development, recommendation systems, AI analytics dashboards, and AI-assisted support workflows for web and mobile platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI model deployment, OpenAI integrations, cloud-based AI services, and scalable backend development. Experience working on SaaS products and enterprise AI solutions will be highly preferred.
Daily Responsibility
- Develop and optimize AI-powered chatbot workflows
- Integrate OpenAI APIs and NLP models
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers
- Monitor AI performance and improve response accuracy
- Design prompt engineering strategies
- Conduct AI testing and debugging
- Prepare technical documentation
Minimum Requirement
- 3+ years of AI/ML development experience
- Strong understanding of NLP and Generative AI
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong backend development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
